This was a great thing to share -- social media doesn't always cover actual lead generation and I think people want to know how/when all the sweat and energy will pay off. If you're interested, I'm starting a series focused on very small businesses (1-10 people) as part of the ad column at the faster times. Part 1 is the kickoff and experts come in and give advice as well as on the Linkedin Group. Would love you to join and get your view. Here's part 1: http://thefastertimes.com/advertising/2010/08/0...

Fantastic article, great insight of the subject. I personally liked the quote that says: "And there’s no faster way to humanize yourself and your business than through storytelling." Because it is true. However, sometimes, especially when the hard times come, we tend to forget the good ways to huminize ourselves when doing business. This is why I bleieve this is a great article. Keep it up!!!
