We had done pretty well, we do purchase your books and read and try to follow advice, we wanted to work hard and are children maybe to have a little easier, they have worked right along with us.  I am wondering if you know what exactly is going on with the market today, My husband does mortgages and now all these banks are closing and this is first time i am looking back in my life and seeing everything we worked for disappear.  we own 2 homes and 1 were living in is not paid off but we are keeping our mortgage up to date, I am soo scared because consumers are loosing there homes, our home we went in assumption we could sell in 2 years make the money, but amortization mortgages are not good after 2 years we will owe more than the home is worth with interest rates, we owe more now than what its worth are credit is perfect never late vehicles paid for other 2 homes paid for.
